How do we know what we think we know?

The arcane here refers to reconstructing the ancient sciences through modern understanding.

We want to be careful about making conclusions.
Instead of dismissing myths and old practices from our ancestors, we investigate them carefully and collaboratively.

We dig a little deeper and when we do find practices that seem to work, we train in those practices.
When we find ideas that seem to unite many fields of thought and explain more about our world, we teach those ideas.
