Scrying is the Observation of the Liminal, not interpretation. Nostradamus practiced scrying using a Greek method using bowls of liquid. Seeing in this way can be confusing if you see unfamiliar symbols or technology from the future. True scrying is defined by three traits: Passivity – the practitioner does not summon content Constraint – nothing is added, interpreted, or embellished Fallibility – absence of vision is a possible outcome We can only tell you what was seen, if anything at all. We do NOT: -Contact specific deceased individuals on demand -Guarantee visions, entities, messages, or confirmations -Interpret appearances as benevolent, hostile, meaningful, or personal -Provide reassurance, closure, or prophecy This aligns with Temple protocols, not carnival psychics or charlatans. If nothing is seen at all, we have to report it that way and unfortunately we cannot offer a refund as our time was still spent trying. We can't promise revelation. What we DO offer: Scrying within the Temple is a disciplined act of perceiving what is veiled. The practitioner enters a controlled liminal state and reports only what is observed through the mediums (crystal orb, black mirror, ritual bowls, etc). If nothing is seen, mediums or the tools being used, are switched. Exactly what is seen is conveyed. No interpretation is imposed. No presence is summoned. No meaning is inferred beyond the act of witnessing.
