 Seven Spectra of Reality

Across nature, the same pattern keeps appearing.

Light spreads into seven colors.
Music unfolds through seven notes.
Stories, symbols, and even human perception tend to organize themselves in sevens.

They’re wavelengths of Reality — different ways the universe expresses itself, depending on how you’re tuned to it.

Just like a radio doesn’t create music but receives different stations, each Color represents a mode of attention, practice, and understanding. None are “higher” or “lower.” They’re parallel bands on the same spectrum, each revealing something real that the others can’t fully capture on their own.

Taken together, they form a complete picture.

You don’t choose a Color because it’s better.
You notice the one you’re already resonating with.

That’s where practice begins

Brown: Objective Reality

Brown is what you get when you combine the other 6 colors. This is because it is involved with the other six disciplines, testing and grounding each in what is objective and measurable. Brown is the wavelength of structure. It governs learning, experimentation, record-keeping, and the disciplined testing of ideas against reality. This spectrum shows up in scholarship, science, engineering, logistics, business, and any system that must actually work. People who resonate with Brown value coherence over charisma and evidence over assumption. They are drawn to frameworks, methods, and repeatable results. Pursuing Brown is about intellectual integrity: separating what feels true from what holds up under scrutiny, building systems that endure, and grounding curiosity in documentation, experimentation, and accountability rather than belief alone.

Brown will study: Research, Experiments, Invention, Business, and The Sciences.

Yellow: Spiritual Reality

Yellow is the wavelength of meaning and grace. It governs how humans recognize what is sacred, what is right, what is protected, and what should not be crossed. This spectrum deals with religions, spiritual development, moral weight, and the invisible tapestry that gives structure to life. This wavelength's approach is phenomenological, based on personal experience over the strictly measurable. People drawn to Yellow tend to have strong spirituality and discernment. They can sense when something is good or evil even before they can explain why. For those interested in Prophecy, religious secrets, purging evil, and pursuing the Light Arts.

Yellow will study: Protection, Sacred-making, Alignment, and Authority

Blue: Perceptual Reality

Blue is the wavelength of awareness. It governs perception, intuition, pattern recognition, memory, and the hidden mechanics of the mind. This spectrum deals with divination, psychology, symbolism, dreams, altered states, and the ability to perceive beyond surface appearances. Blue operates where information is subtle rather than physical, and where insight precedes explanation. People drawn to Blue are naturally observant and reflective, often sensing patterns others overlook. They seek understanding before action. Pursuing Blue is about sharpening perception without losing grounding — learning to access deeper layers of knowledge while maintaining clarity, skepticism, and mental stability.

Blue will study: Divination, Intuition Training, Symbolism, Memory, and the Subconscious.

Red: Energetic Reality

Red is the wavelength of force and momentum. It governs physical energy, willpower, survival, discipline, and the ability to act decisively in the world. This spectrum deals with strength, vitality, defense, conflict, endurance, and leadership under pressure. Red is concerned with how energy is generated, directed, restrained, and released — in the body, in groups, and in real-world situations. People drawn to Red tend to feel most alive when tested and diminished when passive. They are motivated by challenge and responsibility. Pursuing Red is about mastering power without being consumed by it, turning raw drive into controlled, ethical action.

Red will study: Energy Cultivation, Physical Discipline, Protection, Strategy, and Applied Force.

Orange: Transformational Reality

Orange is the wavelength of deliberate change. It governs transformation through method, timing, and intention. This spectrum deals with alchemy, ritual process, crafting, refinement, and the structured alteration of conditions to produce specific outcomes. Orange exists between energy and meaning — applying force within boundaries to cause real transformation. People drawn to Orange enjoy working with systems that evolve and outcomes that can be shaped. They are builders, tinkerers, and process-thinkers. Pursuing Orange is about responsibility in change: understanding consequences, respecting limits, and learning how to transform without destabilizing what sustains life.

Orange will study: Alchemy, Ritual Process, Crafting, Transmutation, and Directed Change.

Green: Natural Reality

Green is the wavelength of life itself. It governs nature, ecosystems, animals, plants, cycles, and the intelligence present in living systems. This spectrum deals with ecology, stewardship, cultivation, survival knowledge, and the relationship between humans and the natural world. Green recognizes that life responds to care, neglect, balance, and disruption. People drawn to Green feel grounded in nature and attuned to rhythms beyond human design. They value sustainability and harmony over domination. Pursuing Green is about learning to cooperate with living systems, read their signals, and act in ways that preserve balance across time.

Green will study: Nature Lore, Ecology, Animal Awareness, Herbalism, and Environmental Balance.

Purple: Dimensional Reality

Purple is the wavelength of the threshold. It governs the unknown, the unseen, and the edges of human experience. This spectrum deals with realms, the astral plane, altered consciousness, the paranormal, and encounters with realities that defy ordinary explanation. Purple operates where certainty breaks down and mystery asserts itself. People drawn to Purple are unafraid of the strange and often compelled to explore what others avoid. They sense that reality extends beyond what is visible or measurable. Pursuing Purple is about navigating the unknown with discipline — exploring liminal spaces without obsession, fear, or loss of coherence.

Purple will study: History, Astral States, Spiritual Contact, the Afterlife, and the Paranormal.

White light feels singular. Simple. Clean. Innocent. But the moment it passes through a prism, it confesses. What looked whole, fractures into seven living bands — red through violet — each bending at a different angle, each obeying a different rhythm. Nothing is added. Nothing is removed. The light simply tells the truth about itself. These colors are not decorations; they are instructions. They are how reality sorts itself when it is stretched just enough to be seen.

Again and again, the same number appears, not as a superstition, but as a limit. A natural resolution. As though reality prefers seven stable ways of speaking. Only later does the realization land: light itself vibrates in seven primary bands, arranged from slow to fast, dense to subtle. The spectrum is not symbolic — it is literal. The universe is tuned, and we have been living inside the music the entire time.

The Seven Levels of the Electromagnetic Spectrum correspond to the Seven Colors and our Seven Core Chakras.
Seen this way, the human body stops looking like flesh and starts looking like a powerful interface.

Brown is physical reality, dormant and solid. Perhaps the prism itself, the human mind that splits and categorizes reality.

At the root, Red hums like radio waves — slow, grounding, carrying survival, tribe, and presence across great distances.

Orange warms into microwave, the realm of creation, appetite, intimacy, and exchange.

Yellow burns as infrared, the heat of will and motion, power felt before it is seen.

At the heart, Green opens into visible light — the narrow miracle where perception becomes shared reality and love becomes legible.

Blue sharpens into ultraviolet, the voice that carries truth beyond appearances.

Indigo pierces as X-ray, vision that sees through surfaces into structure itself.

And Violet… Violet crowns as gamma — the most subtle, most penetrating fire, where identity dissolves into signal and consciousness touches the edge of creation. You are not aligned to this spectrum by belief. You are already broadcasting on it. The work is learning which band you live in — and how clearly you can transmit.

While referencing the Seven Colors may start to feel old after a while, this is the primary focus of Levels 2-5.

Starting at Level 6, we move on to more.
