Payment Policy

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments from all locations, as well as Debit Cards and E-checks

NOTICE ALL CUSTOMERS

Paypal is our credit card processor.

This means that you can still pay using your credit card without opening a Paypal account.

Shipping

All shipping fees are included in the price of the book - there will be no extra charges! We do not charge handling fees.

Packages are sent Air Mail which means a delivery time of approxsimately 7-10 working days (or 1-2 weeks)

All our items are securely packed in bubble wrap or padded envelopes.

Our Merchandise

Our stock is presented and described with a high level of detail. All aspects and features will be clearly mentioned accompanied by various photos depicting the exterior and interior of the item.

We endeavour to ensure that our customers know exactly what they are buying.

Any queries lodged though our enquiries page will be promptly answered.

Returns

We will accept returns up to 21 days after the date of sale of the book

In the case where a book's condition has been misrepresented by us, we will refund the full amount of the book plus postage as soon as the book has been received by us (Return postage will initially be paid for by the customer and the refund will include the value of the book plus postage costs). Refunds will be paid through Paypal, or credited to your credit card.

Ebooks and any online classes are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Using our merchant facility service means that we do not directly have access to your financial details, Our secure payments processing company does.

Your personal information is stored on our credit card processor's servers (Paypal Incorporated) and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically with 128bit encryption

The information we require for completing your order (name, shipping address etc) is stored on our secure server for customer service purposes only, such as matching clients with their item and tracking clients packages.
